We hold account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable Indian law thereafter. Once that window closes, records are deleted or anonymised from our live systems.

Third-Party Processors

Our payment processors — handling UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe rails — are contractually bound to process your data only for the purpose of completing transactions, and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing.

Requesting Changes
